An entertaining & exciting workout for all fitness levels. Strengthen your body while having fun in this high energy class. Everything from circuit workouts and stations to supersets and Tabata. Every workout will challenge you in a new way.

Youth Kickboxing

Ages 7-12

A fast paced, energy filled class teaches the basics of kickboxing, providing a well-rounded and age-appropriate workout.
