CROSSTRAINING

Crosstraining classes combine cardio exercises with a series of resistance exercises. Our programs are designed to provide varied workouts that challenge you at your own fitness level.

Barre

Barre will strengthen, tone & balance the entire body. A great fat burning workout integrating the use of ballet barre. (All levels).

Boot Camp

Cardio drills mixed with exercises that utilize body weight, free weights, ladders, bosu balls, resistance bands & more in an easy to follow format. This high intensity class can be adjusted for all levels by increasing or decreasing weights or reps. Each instructor brings a different energy and twist to each class. Try them all to find your favorite!

Sports Conditioning

Intense class for the exerciser ready to take cardio ‘outside the box!’ Training includes a combo of plyometics, conditioning drills, strength training, & calisthenics using body weight, free weights, cones, ladders, & other conditioning drill equipment. (Recommended for Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels however, suitable for all levels).

HIIT/Tabata

A workout that pairs short (20 second to 2 minute), high intensity intervals with brief periods of rest to achieve maximum results. This high energy class combines cardio, strength and core conditioning for a total body workout. The pace can be fast but the format allows each participant to choose their own intensity level.

Total Body Conditioning

Intense full body workout utilizing free weights to work muscle groups to fatigue. Test your limits and go beyond. This class will whip your body into shape & build strength which is critical in building bone density.

TRX Plus

Build muscle and burn calories in this high intensity class that incorporates body weight resistance training, cardio, and core strengthening. (All levels).
