Power Yoga

Class is best for those seeking a more challenging yoga experience & who are injury-free. (Recommended for the Intermediate/Advanced fitness levels, however suitable for all levels).

Mat Pilates

Pilates offers a focus on core stability to maintain a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized, and moves with ease. This class offers a conditioning program that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and full body toning. (All Levels).

Pilates Fusion

This class offers a conditioning program that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and full body toning by incorporating Pilates with other sculpting and toning exercises. (All Levels).
