We’ll take you for a tour and show you how the Y is the best place for you.
You can sign up online right on our website. Then you can stop in and get started.
At the Y, you can challenge yourself to learn a new skill or hobby, fostering connections with friends through our lifelong learning programs, or bringing your loved ones closer together through our many family-centered activities.
Because the YMCA is a cause-driven organization, members of our YMCA also have the opportunity to participate in community initiatives, which represent sustained effort by our Y to raise funds and awareness to deal with important community concerns.
The Y strengthens the foundations of community through Youth Development, Healthy Lving And Social Responsibility.
At the Y, there are so many ways to become healthier. Since a supportive community is a big part of wellness, we can connect you to group classes or partner you with a personal trainer to set up an individual wellness program. At every age and every level of activity, you’ll find people looking to live a little bit healthier.
Being healthy means more than simply being physically active. It’s about maintaining a balanced spirit, mind and body–at every age and ability.
Members save 33% on all of our Y’s 8-12 week programs. Nurture your child’s potential with the help of our YMCA expert coaches. Classes run year-round and include swim lessons, progressive and competitive gymnastics, sports leagues and classes, dance, enrichment, and health & wellness.

The Y offers resources and conveniences for families, making it easier to manage a healthy lifestyle. From Preschool and Afterschool Child Care, to Kids Club and family programs, the YMCA provides a variety of options for families.
We provide resources and community for families with children.
The Y is a nonprofit service organization and has been Strenghening the Foundations of Community for over 150 years. Our members choose and carry out a deep commitment to social responsibility, and there are many ways to get involved at the Y. Our thriving volunteer and service opportunities are available for all ages, incorporating youth and teens as well as families and seniors.
Together, we make a difference in our community, taking on the difficult challenges.
When you join the YMCA, you become part of a national movement of more than 20 million members in over 2,700 local YMCA Associations, and you Hockomock Area YMCA membership grants you access to almost all of them. Because each Y is an autonomous, not-for-profit organization (and not a franchise), local Y policies may vary on the use of equipment, types of facilities, services and programs. When visiting a YMCA away from home, you’ll see that local YMCAs have grown to meet the specific needs of their communities.
The Y serves communities all around the country.
